The Uniformity Tracker App assists local government property assessors/appraisers in obtaining the information they need to assess properties fairly and equitably. A mobile device’s internal GPS geo-locates the user and retrieves the appraised value per square foot for every property within a geographic area. The user will compare the individual property values per square foot from the vantage point of being on site and decide whether or not with a single “click” to submit the request for review.
